Refunds and Cancellations

Reductions for
untaken photographs
|
|
| We will be unable to confirm that we
can take all the photographs you require until we have visited the
locations concerned. If we are unable, for any reason, to provide any of
the pictures you have requested you will be offered a reduction in charges
for the untaken photographs. |
| Reductions will be calculated per
photograph we are unable to take. However the travel and research costs
will remain the same. |
| In the unlikely event that we are
unable to provide a significant number of the photographs you have asked
for we will charge you a reduced amount for our time and travel. |

Refunds
|
|
If you are unhappy, for any reason,
with the photographs we have sent you. You should return them to us within
14 days for a full refund.

Cancellations
|
|
Under the Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations, you may cancel your order, at no charge,
up to 7 working days after it has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order
after this time, please advise us as soon as possible. You will be charged for any
work carried out, up to the point that you cancel your order.
